Who are you to end a war? Who are you to NOT to?

It is time to stop this war… Now is the time. Let’s set a goal of seeing Kony arrested in 2012. Visualize and/or pray; see him being arrested and in jail, before the International Criminal Court.

Due to intense public pressure, President Obama committed a small number of troops in Oct. 2011, to assist regional troops to capture and arrest Kony. It is the first time in history that this was done not for self defense, or for oil, but because it was the right thing to do.

So far, Kony is still out there.

How about creating a reward fund, to be paid to anyone who successfully arrests him and brings him to the ICC for justice. I think $1 million would do it, QUICKLY.
