Fukushima; High Radiation Readings Found In USA Rain, Snow In 2013

The sleet and snow that fell on January 15, 2013 in White County, Arkansas was not normal. Background levels in this area are 35 cpm. The sleet and snow was showing a radiation alert level above 100 cpm.

The high levels only lasted about 24 hours indicating a short half life of the hot particles. This kind of radiation exposure can reduce the immune system and may be the cause for recent spikes in flu and illness in this area and others.
Why are the authorities are not warning parents to keep there children out of this unsafe wintery mix?

Not creating panic or concern seems to be more important than public safety. Why warn parents that exposure to the snow and sleet is equal to flying at 30000 feet or exposure levels for nuclear plant workers?

These high radiation readings are not being investigated by any nuclear regulators, nuclear plant operators, or nuclear scientists who are part of the nuclear industry.

There are other radiation readings taken by other researchers, which show the same type of thing happening in other parts of the USA.

Radiation going up slowly and quickly across the US

Radiation Continues Spreading and Spiking Across USA

Could these high radiation readings in snow and rain be the end product of radiation releases from Fukushima?
