Forty years ago Dr Ross Adey(1) was tasked with a C.I.A project whose purpose was to elucidate mind control strategies using electromagnetic frequencies – this work was known as Project Pandora. The basis of his work was to splice ELFs (extremely low frequencies) characteristic of our brainwave electro-encephalogram spectrum onto microwave frequencies. Signals that tell the brain what to think, what to do and to ensure its physiological integrity lies within the spectrum of 1 Hz – 30 Hz. Adey discovered a behavioural modification ‘template’ in which he could add ELF signal from 6 Hz – 20 Hz onto microwave carrier frequencies. He exposed individuals to these frequencies and in doing so was able to predictably modify their behavior. He found that (a) at a power density of 0.75 mW cm2, it was possible to modify human behavior and (b) he could also induce various intensities of behavioural modification by varying the ELF signal in increments. For example, he could induce various intensities of anger in individuals by dialing in ELF signals of say 18.0 Hz, 18.1 Hz, 18.2 Hz etc.
The implication of this research is both startling and scary because it means that you can remotely dial in a set of frequencies to a target audience and precisely modify their psychological well-being or ‘grumpiness’ at will. These psychological changes include all aspects of human consciousness including anger, rage, placidity, joy, bliss, sleepiness, calmness etc.
During these mind control experiments, Adey also used a carrier frequency of around 450 MHz of pulsed microwave radiation and the pulsing effect created a pseudo-ELF signal of 17.6 Hz. Interestingly, the TETRA police communications network for the UK was granted exclusive use of a similar frequency of around 400 MHz using ELF signals of 17.6 Hz(3). Surely, this is pure coincidence but wait, there is more:
Alasdair Philips of Powerwatch (UK) said, “By use of my microwave detector, I have found that mobile phones of the newer type, give off a pulse modulated microwave signal of around 0.75mW/cm2 at the earpiece. This may be coincidence, but it is exactly the intensity required for behavioural control as found by Dr Ross Adey, the pioneer of microwave mind control. So in theory, an ELF signal could be added to the microwave network to feed a precise behavioural pattern into every mobile phone user in the UK(4)”.
Whilst involved with Project Pandora and with co-worker Suzanne Bawin, Adey also discovered that under certain conditions of frequency and signal amplitude, it was possible to induce calcium ions efflux in brain tissue. To cut a long story short, this mix of microwave and ELF signals is capable of disrupting or shorting the normal physiology of the brain. When this happens, the most common subjective complaints from those exposed to these frequencies included headache, fatigue, perspiration, dizziness, menstrual disorders, irritability, agitation, tension, drowsiness, sleeplessness, depression, anxiety, forgetfulness, and lack of concentration. Before his death in 2004, Dr Ross Adey released a video to leading UK researchers which proves that not only does the TETRA system cause ELF zombification by massive release of calcium ions in the cerebral cortex and the nervous system, but the activated calcium ions also cause massive hormonal disturbances which lead to frenzied imbalances, emotional and physical states(4). Perhaps, TETRA is yet another cause of young people depression and subsequent suicide? Further research has confirmed that if calcium ions can leak out of brain cells, it also means that other substances necessary for cell integrity are able to do so as well. What goes in can also come out, thus there is the distinct possibility that exposure to TETRA-like frequencies may also allow the influx of toxic substances into brain cells.
