Trump pick for the US Supreme Court, Brett Kavanaugh, apparently doesn’t think a president should be subject to investigation or prosecution while in office. Even though he laid out broad grounds for impeaching President Bill Clinton, more recently Kavanaugh has said that Bill Clinton shouldn’t have been investigated while in office.
