A dictatorship can be defined as a huge corporation where the CEO has a board of ‘yes’ men, and where there is no effective counter balance of power by a strong union which represents the labor used to create the profits that CEO’s enjoy the benefits of. The largest corporations in the US used to have strong unions not too many years ago. Now union membership has fallen into the single digits due to attacks by the 1 percent. The largest corporations with the most workers in the US now have zero union membership. (Amazon and Walmart both have autocratic dictatorial leaders at the top, who are part of the 1 percent.
