Georgia Bill Requires Men To Report ‘Every Release Of Sperm’ To Law Enforcement | Michael Stone
The proposed legislation, HB 604, is short and sweet, and reads:
Any male 55 years of age or older shall immediately report to the county sheriff or local law enforcement agency when such male releases sperm from his testicles.
The proposed legislation is in response to the recent heartbeat abortion bill (HB 481) passed by the Georgia House. The controversial HB 481 would outlaw most abortions once a doctor can detect a heartbeat in the womb or around six weeks, which is before many women even realize they might be pregnant.
