Hemp is now legal in the US. It is legal to import and buy hemp in the form of food, clothing, rope, carpets, insulation, and many thousands of other types of products. Hemp is a ‘weed’ that grows wild. Hemp used to be illegal, but 2018 legislation made it legal to grow, buy and sell in the US once again.
