There is an enlightening article on Web MD titled: “How to use Your Immune System to Stay Healthy”. That’s a pretty straight forward title now isn’t it? Early on Bruce Polsky, MD, interim chairman department of medicine and chief division of infectious disease at St. Lukes-Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City says:

“We are endowed with a great immune system that has been designed evolutionarily to keep us healthy.”

The article goes on. . .

“The immune system is your body’s natural defense system. It’s an intricate network of cells, tissues and organs that band together to defend your body against invaders. Those invaders can include bacteria, viruses, parasites, even fungus, all with the potential to make us sick. They are everywhere-in our homes, offices and backyards. . . “

The truth is no amount of social distancing, hand washing or face mask wearing is going to eliminate our exposure to these various bugs. That’s why we were created with this amazing first line of natural defense.

AGR – Why is it that the CDC, WHO, the corporate owned mass media almost NEVER mention the immune system, vitamins, diet and lifestyle factors that protect every person from viruses, bacteria, fungus and other pathogens, except in a negative way?

The vaccine promoters harp on vaccines, house arrest and masks plus keeping away from other people, as if that will do something in the long term of many months to years..

They do not talk about nor have community discussions about the costs, negative consequences, mental illness, suicides, depression and other problems resulting from the mass house arrest for all healthy people in all nations globally.

Never before in human history has an entire healthy population been locked up indefinitely, in case of any pandemic or epidemic. Humanity is being experimented on like rats in a huge lab.

Why now?

We just have to blindly believe and trust the most powerful medical doctor in the world, who claims the ultimate power to set global health policy and dictate house arrest for the entire planet; Bill Gates.
