“Employees are up on the line hand-sorting, and these masks and these gloves that come through, obviously it’s not safe,” he said, “and there is a level of exposure there that they are having to deal with.
“This could be around for decades if we don’t dispose of them properly,” said Jacksonville Stormwater Manager Pat Donovan-Brandenburg. “It doesn’t break down.”
