The Madrid Court of Appeal, following an appeal lodged by LIBERUM, has just issued an urgent injunction to the Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs. The Ministry is given 20 days to present an administrative file, providing the requested information on evidence of the existence of the SARS-Cov-2 virus. The deadline cannot be extended.
It seems easy to predict that the government, which has put so much fury into absurd, unnecessary and counterproductive measures, will join the dozens of governments and institutions that have had to recognise that the virus is as real as the Three Wise Men, the tooth fairy or the chupacabra.
Covilovers, you are in for one hell of a disappointment.
