I have studied Vitamins for numerous years and the first thing learned is every human mental and physical make-up from birth are not uniform ( the same ) and their body react accordingly to food and drugs……too bad the Covid Vaccine producers did not utilize the above in their production process.

    So, I would like to add one of many things the Vitamin Magnesium is good for ( if you are not allergic to Magnesium ) is to enhance sleep, you can also add Vitamin C with Magnesium for this scenario.
