Intro: This was a case-study of a young 25-year old female who received a booster dose of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine. Shortly after, she experienced hemorrhages in her eye, and loss of visual acuity. She required multiple medical appointments, and injections of medication into her eye over a 7 month period before resolution of issue.
