Videos have come out that Ukraine is using chemical weapons against Russian soldiers, and using Starlink to do this, which is a war crime.

Elon Musk does not want to be part of being charged with war crimes, so he is cancelling the service in Ukraine, and limited the service for UAV’s drone operations.
