Prayer is a form of ministry, which serves others. Anyone can be called to and do a good job with a prayer ministry. It is possible to pray for oneself or for others.

THE SECRET 7 STEP PRAYER FORMULA
The secret to success with prayer is to rely on the Holy Spirit and not on the efforts or ‘doing’ of self, nor on trying, nor on being ‘holy’.. The only way to prepare for prayer is to speak in tongues for up to an hour, and this can be done inwardly and silently if it is not ‘ok’ in the specific situation or place.
7 STEPS TO EFFECTIVE PRAYER
1 Ask; “Is there something that I can pray for? Listen….
2 Tell the person being prayed for to listen and be open inwardly, after the request(s) is made anything that the Holy Spirit may have to offer
3 Pray for Holy Spirit to come down, and welcome it.
4 Spend some time listening INWARDLY. You and the person(s) being prayed for may feel or hear or see
an emotion,
a vision,
a memory,
a voice,
or anything else… like a shift in energy or consciousness
5 Now pray for the person and ask for whatever the need is.
6 Open the Bible and see if there is a verse or maybe more than one verse that comes up. Read it for the person.
7 If a Bible verse comes up, use that to enhance the prayer, via a promise made by God, or Jesus Christ. Read the bible verse and claim it accordingly as an answer to prayer, in the affirmative.
THE PROMISE OF THE FATHER IS TO GIVE GOOD GIFTS TO HIS CHILDREN
Luke 11:11 “Which of you fathers, if your son asks for[a] a fish, will give him a snake instead? 12 Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion? 13 If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!”
Sometimes, prayer works instantly via a miracle, changing everything in a way that does not seem possible according to this physical 3D realm.
